Regarding Our Special $3,995 Invisalign Service...
- No charges are incurred until Dr Hamersky first determines that you are qualified to use Invisalign as a treatment option at your complimentary first appointment.
- $3,995. is the total cost for your Invisalign manufacturing, fitting and all ongoing check-up appointments though out the course of treatment. This cost also includes your first set of retainers at the completion of Invisalign treatment. Additional charges apply for broken or lost Aligners or Retainers, failed appointments and additional treatment needed due to poor compliance.
- $299. Pre-manufacturing charge is required prior to the actual submission to Invisalign. This fee is for the initial dental impressions, x-rays and photographs sent to Invisalign with Dr Hamersky's instructions for proper construction of the Aligners.
- We accept most orthodontic dental insurance and will assist in maximizing your benefit. We can better serve you if we are provided your insurance information at the first phone call.
- No additional discounts, promotions, coupons or insurance directed fee restrictions apply.
- Financing is available. We are committed to help you in any way possible to make Invisalign treatment affordable and available to you.
